Owner/Trainer Sarah Rodeheaver

Sarah started training dogs while she was still in high school.  She had rescued an old Doberman who  became a faithful companion for the remainder of her doggie years.

Sarah has always had a passion for dogs and horses.  Although she still owns horses and enjoys riding and working with them, dogs have become her constant companions. Her motto is: "Some things are just better in numbers." She currently owns two Rhodesian Ridgebacks, one mixed breed rescue, and a Wirehaired Pointing Griffon.

Says Sarah: "The best thing about training dogs is the variety of things you can do with them."  She has experience in training dogs for personal protection, tracking, basic obedience, competitive obedience, agility and upland game hunting.  In the last eighteen years she has put over 30 titles on dogs that she has trained.

To Sarah, dog training is a way of life.  She is always looking for better ways to train dogs and to teach others how to train their dogs.  Numerous seminars and conferences keep her current on developments in the dog training world.

Sarah attended the International School for Dog Trainers.

She is a certified trainer with the International Association of Canine Professionals. She specializes in the association's:
  *"Force Free" method of training.
  *"E-Touch" training  (also known
     as Remote Electronic Collar
     training).

Sarah is a professional member of the International Association of Canine Professionals.  She also belongs to the Battle Creek Kennel Club and the Wirehaired Pointing Griffon Club of America.
